A cinema in the Netherlands will screen the film “NAZA”, which has sparked controversy in Israel and around the world, on October 7
“Lumen,” a long-standing cinema that has been operating for half a century in the city of Delft, will hold one of the documentary screenings on the date marking three years since the massacre. “NAZA”, an acronym for “Nezek Agavi” (Collateral Damage), is a film by Yuval Abraham and Rachel Shor. According to the synopsis, it “exposes in detail the systems behind the calculated mass killing of Palestinians in Gaza by Israel” since the war began. The documentary, which was screened at the Venice Film Festival last week, received a 25-minute standing ovation and won the Special Jury Prize. The film was shot at night on rooftops in Tel Aviv and draws on anonymous testimonies from 24 Israeli soldiers and intelligence personnel. It has not yet been released in Israel
