סלט חסות חגיגי עם רוטב משגע❤️
שוטפים היטב חסות ומייבשים:
ראש חסה סלנובה בצבע סגול
ראש חסה סלנובה בצבע ירוק
ראש חסה לליק
חותכים את החסות עם הידיים ומסדרים בכלי רחב.
חותכים תפוח ירוק לפרוסות דקות ושופכים עליו מיץ מלימון כי רק ככה התפוח לא משחיר.
מסדרים את התפוחים על החסות, מפזרים שקדים קלויים ועלים של נענע.
לרוטב:
כף חרדל גרגירים
2 כפות שמן זית
2 כפות דבש
מיץ מלימון שלם
כפית שטוחה מלח
מערבבים היטב.
שופכים את הרוטב על הסלט רק בהגשה.

Festive lettuce salad with an amazing dressing ❤️
Wash the lettuce well and dry thoroughly:
1 head of purple Salanova lettuce
1 head of green Salanova lettuce
1 head of Lalique lettuce
Tear the lettuce with your hands and arrange it in a wide serving dish.
Slice 1 green apple into thin slices and pour lemon juice over it — this is the best way to keep the apple from turning brown.
Arrange the apple slices over the lettuce, sprinkle roasted almonds and fresh mint leaves on top.
For the dressing:
1 tablespoon whole grain mustard
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons honey
Juice of 1 whole lemon
1 level teaspoon salt
Mix well.
Pour the dressing over the salad only before serving.
Enjoy!
